not your typical business casual

While I love dressing down for the weekend, I also love dressing up for the office. Most days, I try to mesh the two styles into some form of casual workwear, a la the outfit below. Except for meeting days. I never feel right going into a staff meeting without a blazer...
J Brand jeans, Iris & Ink sweater, Madewell tearose blouse, Joe's Jeans Kitty flats, New Look clutch,  Pim + Larkin bracelets (green and black

A classic grey sweater is consistently on rotation for me, so I'm always looking for pieces that will add a fresh take on the standard. This lovely floral blouse from Madewell has easily made its way onto my wish list. Same with these adorable pointed flats from Joe's Jeans in the springiest of colors.
