sunshine and clouds

The weather cannot make up its mind lately. This is me, on a sunny day, pretending I own Madewell's High Riser jeans since this is exactly the outfit I would form around them if I did. A trendy top with a skinny belt and some sort of vintage shoes. Now, I'm writing this post under a layer of clouds. And when I reread this post, I realized there are like 8 links. Enjoy.
Thrifted crochet top, thrifted belt, Levi's 535 legging jeans, vintage ankle boots

I know I already made my shopping list for the year, but I think I'm going to need one just for February; I have so much on my mind. THESE will be 3 of my key pieces for spring.
1. Madewell High Riser jeans
2. Wedge ankle boots
3. Flared/wide-leg jeans

  5. I have a pair of black wedges (but not very high) that I wear all the time! They're not very exciting but they add a bit of bit to things and because they're basic, they go with everything and anything.

  45. Love it! Your outfit is effortless chic, my kind of style. And for shoes I wear with everything? Last year a got these nude/grey-ish colored leather flats with more of a pointed toe (but not huge pointed) and I swear I wore them five times a week. A neutral color goes with everything! And a comfortable material like leather that mold to your foot? Oh I love them. I can't wait for warmer weather.

  55. This is a great look on you. I think the shoes I wear the most are my heeled ankle boots but that be because it's winter here still in summer it's all about the heeled peep toes ;) x
